Important Information
Applications must be submitted online through the APPLY NOW link on the website, fees must be paid online at the time of submission.
The application fee is $35 per applicant, the applied unit will be removed from the listing upon receipt of the application on RentCafe.
We do not accept cash, payments are only accepted through the RentCafe Portal, or by Money Order or Cashier’s Check payable to “KL2067 University, LLC”
Applicants WITHOUT a US credit history or with a less satisfactory risk score may be asked for a security deposit equivalent to two (2) months’ rent.
Identification
We may ask for a copy of the following:
Government Issued Photo ID (Real ID/Driver’s Licence/Green Card)
Valid Passport of A Foreign County, and US Visa
Valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD Card)
Other Official Identification Documents of Legal Residency
Income proof
We accept the following documents as proof of income, which verifiable gross household monthly income must be no less than three times (3X) the monthly rent. Guarantors may be accepted to co-sign the lease. If you have a co-signer, please add them as an Additional Applicant before submitting the application.
Paystubs for the Recent Three (3) Months
Social Security Checks
Pension
Trust Fund or Support Checks
Most Recent Tax Return
Bank Statement within Two (2) months showing Three times (3X) Annual Rent
